On the road what is your most treasured possession? My thermal cup. It’s wonderful for getting tea when you need it. On the road what is your greatest extravagance? A jar of peanut butter. What travel tip have you learned from one year of continuous travel? Group travel will be the death of me. What Shakespearian role would you play other than the one you already are in? Probably Oberon. He’s a fun character. Or puck! I change it to puck. Who is your favourite character in fiction? Um…. Harry Potter. I’d love to be a wizard. Which country would you most like to go back to and why? Probably Costa Rica because I think it’s such a great country but we didn’t get a chance to see the beauty of it. What play has influenced you most in your career? Hamlet. This is the fourth time I’ve done it so I’m well versed in Hamlet. What are the three things you can’t live without while traveling? Tea… …food and the gym. What is the one thing you miss the most when on the road? My own bed. What is your favourite line of text from any Shakespeare play? Um… I think ‘the rest is silence’ is a beautiful line.
