WE HAVE SCALLOPS IN EGG WHITES. I PUT THEM IN MY PUMPKIN SEEDS. THEY WILL GO RIGHT IN THE PAN. TERESA: ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS IN WATERBURY, LA TABLA. I HAVE WILD MUSHROOMS THAT I WILL WARM UP WITH SOME LEEKS. TERESA: ONE OF MY FAVORITE DISHES AT YOUR RESTAURANT IS THE MUSHROOM PASTA. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE.
