He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. 3 He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. 4 Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. 5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. 6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. 8 By oppression[a] and judgment he was taken away. Yet who of his generation protested? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished.[b] 9 He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. 10 Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes[c] his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand. 11 After he has suffered, he will see the light of life[d] and be satisfied[e]; by his knowledge[f] my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. 12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great,[g] and he will divide the spoils with the strong,[h] because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. Reply Bradley Moore September 3, 2019 Coughing is allowed, no coughing is allowed. Reply Proper way to live by giving September 6, 2019 1 Corinthians 13: 3-7 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. it does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trust, always hopes, always perseveres. Reply John Chen alias Ven. Damita September 7, 2019 Summary of 'Meditation and Going Beyond Mindfulness' by Tongey Mingyur Rimpoche – Everyonehas awareness regardless of the mindset of it, being ‘yes’ ‘no’ or ‘undecided’.However many don't recognise the state of what is awareness. So, in Vipassanā meditation being aware and recognise the state of awareness as unchanging is timeless while phenomena change or transform, arises and falls away are ‘subject to change’ and for letting go over time and space; a good explanation for the Western mind.I like his explanation of when 'truly seeing' phenomena for what it truly is, youare not it and when your part of it 'be calm and aware of its state'. As you rang the bell and as the vibrations raised to a higher frequency everyone has become aware and became quiet in 15 seconds just to see what was going on. The moral of the story is we always meditate but are unable to combine all that we hear and see at once and we become confused and lost in the moment and choose to stay because they begin to believe that it's hard so they give up Reply AMANDA WOOD September 15, 2019 For God's sake…get these Poms some bloody throat lozenges next session !! His father Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche was a great realized master . Unfortunately it is really hard to find those masters anymore. I've been fighting it and giving in for years now. I can't control it. Giving into it and just guilt free enjoying it…. I don't see how I would get to a point of it no longer being an issue. When I've done that in the past, it's only become more of an issue. Reply Adrien Pitre October 8, 2019 i love this guy he is funny but so helpfull I been doing this for years now and seeing this video show me I am doing this right and my feeling awareness works next I will concentrate on getting my mind to cure my body now if I could manage this before being aware that I am no longer alive . then the pain will be gone. good video Reply Rohit Jangra October 9, 2019 You can't watch full video continuously but if you can then you can also meditate. Reply Humanity and Conflicts October 10, 2019 Aware means control which is the remedy for the soul. It is relaxation. Posture is important to keep nerves away from harm.Knowing that all awareness, no matter what it is, leads to control, is a spiral that leads to enlightenment and relaxation. Reply Red Lady October 11, 2019 Amazing. Like others, I get so board with these meditation videos, I didn’t have any expectations. Before I knew it, his easy, funny, inviting personality drew me in, made me forget about my irritation, and had me laughing out loud. And then, he explained- so clearly- the concept of meditating to awareness. Mind. Blown. I can not tell you how many times I have tried to start a meditation routine and failed (I am about as ADHD as they….squirrel!!!) This solves those issues. I no longer spend 30 minutes trying to “get comfortable” – because he teaches you to use the discomfort (and comfort) to aid your meditation. I can not thank you enough.
